About the High Temperature Plug Fan
- The fan typically mounts directly on the equipment with the fan wheel placed inside the hot enclosure. An insulated panel between the wheel and fan drive protects the motor from overheating.
- We offer plug fans designed for temperatures up to 1700°F. The wheel designs may be radial/ paddle wheel, backward inclined, or forward curved. Arrangements can be belt-drive or direct-drive, and the fan can be installed with or without a housing scroll.
