INDUSTRIAL DUST COLLECTION & FUME EXTRACTION SYSTEMS
These industrial systems improve air quality in workplaces and protect both workers and equipment from harmful airborne particles generated during various manufacturing processes.
Dust collection and fume extraction systems are different but related. Both are important for maintaining safe and healthy work environments by removing harmful particles from the air to help prevent explosions, respiratory problems, eye irritation, and other issues that can arise from prolonged exposure to airborne contaminants.
Fume extraction systems remove harmful fumes and vapors generated during welding, soldering, and other industrial processes. These systems typically use exhaust hoods, ducts, and air filtration devices to capture and remove fumes from the workplace.
Dust collectors remove dust, dirt, and other airborne particles produced during manufacturing, woodworking, metalworking, and other industrial processes, including (but not limited to):
- Abrasive blasting
- Laser and plasma cutting
- Compounding; grinding
- Recycling operations
- Welding; mining operations
- Pharmaceutical production
- Thermal spraying
