Ain’t they pretty? These very yellow, custom-built Airpro Fan & Blower industrial backward inclined fans were installed on industrial shot blasting dust collection systems and equipped with WEG inverter duty motors for use with variable frequency drives (VFD). In addition, the fans were constructed in accordance with AMCA B standard (non-sparking) which requires a nonferrous impeller and a nonferrous rubbing ring around the shaft opening. Additional locking systems are required to prevent the impeller, shaft and bearings from shifting during operation.
