3B Air Systems Case Study
In 2015 this custom cabinet and woodworking shop contacted 3B Air Systems to assist them in upgrading the industrial dust collection system for their facility as their existing system was undersized and did not comply with NFPA standards in regards to collection of combustible dust. After an onsite review of their operation the solution presented by 3B Air Systems was to install an Aget Manufacturing model 807 cyclone with an FH-58 shaker type baghouse. The system was equipped with an AirPro Fan & Blower model IEPW material handling fan with aluminum wheel, pressure relief panels on the cyclone and after filter, industrial grade flanged ductwork and a Boss NRV no-return back blast valve on the inlet duct to comply with NFPA requirements.
